Take action for TouVelle State Recreation Site

Please help us by taking action to tell OPRD it is time to take responsibility for the impacts of allowing commercial jet boat operations within the TouVelle State Recreation Site and put a halt to these unauthorized activities by removing loading docks and Rogue Jet Boat Adventures operations from the recreation site.

Last week, an opinion was reached by the Supreme Court in the case of Sackett v. Environmental Protection Agency.  In December 2022, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the conclusion of the agency's rule revision process for defining Waters of the United States (WOTUS). This case brought against the EPA to further loosen the definition of waterways afforded protection under the Clean Water Act was successful.

Act now by telling Congress they don’t get to sit this one out. Tell your members of Congress to prioritize clean water in the upcoming term. Take action for America’s clean water today.
