Join us for an evening with Tim Palmer as he presents images and stories from his book "Wild & Scenic Rivers: An American Legacy".

Wild and Scenic Rivers: An American Legacy, published by Oregon State University Press, presents an illuminating portrait of the world's premier system for the protection of natural rivers. Award-winning author and photographer Tim Palmer reveals the history and essential policies of the wild and scenic program and showcases 160 spectacular color photos of designated rivers from all parts of the country.

Throughout 2018 Tim will be touring and speaking about the wild and scenic rivers system with a slide show featuring many of the protected rivers and highlighting key people who have championed this program. We are excited to have him in southern Oregon, one of the richest regions in the country for Wild & Scenic Rivers.

The event will begin at 6PM with a happy hour, snacks and mingling.
There is a $5 suggested donation at the door and seating will be on a first come first serve basis.

Tim will give his presentation from 7-8PM and then follow with a Q & A and book signing. Rogue Riverkeeper staff will be on hand to answer specific questions about local Wild & Scenic Rivers and how you can get involved.
